These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Tend a Garden (“the Company”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions, procedures, rights, and obligations between Tend a Garden and its users regarding the use of our services.

Article 2. Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms

  1. These Terms take effect when publicly posted to users.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms when necessary due to business or operational reasons. Amended Terms will take effect in the same manner as above.

Article 3. Governing Rules

Any matters not specified in these Terms shall follow the applicable laws and regulations.


Chapter 2. Membership and Service Use

Article 1. Definition of a Member

A “Member” refers to an individual recognized as suitable by the Company, who completes the membership registration process, agrees to these Terms, and is issued an ID and password.

Article 2. Establishment of Membership

  1. Membership is established when the Company approves a user’s application and the user agrees to these Terms.
  2. Applicants must provide the personal information requested by the Company.
  3. Once approved, the Company will issue a Member ID and other necessary information.
  4. IDs cannot be changed once registered, and each person is entitled to only one ID.
  5. Membership applications may be denied in the following cases:
    • Using another person’s name or identity
    • Applying under a false name
    • Providing false information
    • Applying with the intention of disturbing public order or good morals

Article 3. Service Availability and Limitations

  1. Services are generally available 24/7 unless operational or technical issues occur.
  2. The Company may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, with prior notice.
  3. Some services, such as online consultations, may not be available 24/7 depending on staff circumstances.

Article 4. Service Fees

  1. Services are free for all registered members.
  2. If services are converted to paid services, the Company will notify users in advance with details of timing, policies, and costs.

Chapter 3. Termination, Re-registration, and Restrictions

Article 1. Membership Termination

  1. Members may terminate their membership by emailing the administrator.
  2. Members must provide identifying information (name, ID, phone number, etc.) for verification.
  3. Termination is confirmed when login with the existing ID and password is no longer possible.

Article 2. Re-registration

  1. Former members may request re-registration by contacting the administrator via email.
  2. Verification information must be provided, and upon approval, re-registration will be completed.

Article 3. Restrictions on Service Use

The Company may suspend or terminate membership without prior notice if a user:

  • Violates public order or morality
  • Engages in criminal activity
  • Attempts to harm national or public interest
  • Steals another member’s ID or password
  • Damages the reputation or rights of others
  • Registers multiple accounts under different IDs
  • Disrupts or interferes with service operations
  • Violates applicable laws or these Terms

Chapter 4. Limitations of Liability

Article 1. Online Consultation

  1. The Company makes every effort to maintain confidentiality of consultation content, but is not liable in cases such as:
    • Password leakage due to user negligence
    • User deletion of consultation records
    • Disclosure due to natural disasters or uncontrollable circumstances
  2. Consultation content may be anonymized and used for:
    • Research or academic purposes
    • Publications or materials
    • FAQs or service improvements
  3. Consultation answers reflect the individual consultant’s opinion and do not represent the official position of the Company.

Article 2. Information Services

  1. Information provided is general and for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice or medical diagnosis.
  2. The Company does not recommend specific products, tests, or treatments.
  3. Users are responsible for their own decisions and the Company assumes no liability for any damages resulting from use of provided information.

Chapter 5. Obligations

Article 1. Obligations of the Company

  1. The Company shall provide services continuously and stably unless prevented by unavoidable circumstances.
  2. The Company shall respond to user feedback within a reasonable timeframe.

Article 2. Member Responsibilities

  1. Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
  2. Members agree to receive service-related emails.
  3. If an ID is misused, members must notify the Company immediately.
  4. The Company does not sell or disclose personally identifiable information to unrelated third parties without prior consent, except in cases described in the Privacy Policy.
  5. The Company may use cookies to improve service convenience. Users may manage cookie settings in their browsers.

Chapter 6. Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes not covered in these Terms shall be resolved through mutual agreement.
  2. If litigation is necessary, the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s location shall be the competent court.

  2. Clicking on affiliate links may result in the Company receiving a commission, at no additional cost to the user.
  3. Affiliate products or services are carefully selected but the Company assumes no direct responsibility for them.
  4. Users should contact the respective providers for issues related to affiliate products or services.
  5. The Company does not guarantee the content or accuracy of external sites accessed through affiliate links.
