Actually, this book was released 12 years ago.
But it got translated this year.
I know most of books on behavioral economics were translated in Korean and got popular in Korea recently.
But I wonder why it got translated this year, because I think the popularity of behavioral economics in Korea isn't as high as the past.
Do you think there is a special reason?
Scarcity vs Deficiency
When it comes to the title of Korean, we can think of 'Deficiency', not 'Scarcity.'
It can help we get an interesting perspective thinking about the reason they chose 'Scarcity' for the title.
I think the authors don't want to make the problem personal.
In the whole book, they insist that it's a social problem.
The second time of this book club
It seems like the members of this book club find me difficult because I'm much younger than them.
I don't what to do.
